Refund Policy

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Prior to the class – Partial Refund
Participants may cancel their registration up to 10 business days prior to the class and will be subject to a 30% administrative fee.*

After the class registration deadline –  No refund
Cancellations received less than 10 business days before a class are not eligible for a refund.

All cancellations must be made through our contact form.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION

Prior to the class
Participants may request to have their registration transferred to another class without penalty up until three days prior to the class.

The day before, the day of, or after a class
Transfer requests received less than three days prior to class will not be eligible for a transfer or refund.

All transfer requests must be made through our contact form.

CANCELLATION OF A CLASS BY SALTY MEDIC CPR

Salty Medic CPR reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to a class, for any circumstances beyond the Salty Medic CPR’s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of a class itself.

Salty Medic CPR’s maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the class registration fee. Salty Medic CPR accepts no additional liability for travel, accommodation or any other additional costs incurred.

*Refund Restrictions

HeartCode classes (online AHA courses) and provider manuals are not eligible for a refund.  Classes which include HeartCode as part of the learning process (instructor courses and skills checks) are not eligible for a refund.  Instructor courses are non-refundable.
